On the evening of September 9, Faculty of Computing of Harbin Institute of Technology and Italy Milan University of Technology successfully held an online seminar on joint education.

The meeting was co-chaired by Zhang Weinan, Director of International Affairs of Faculty of Computing, and Luca Mottola of Milan University of Technology, Italy. Christian Pilato of Milan University of Technology, Italy, Wang Zhongjie, Deputy Director of Faculty of Computing and Dean of the Software Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology, Nie Lanshun, Deputy Dean of School of Software Engineering, Feng Yang, Director of the European Office of the International Cooperation Department, Zhao Lin, Deputy Director, and Zhang Naiqian, Secretary of the International Cooperation of Faculty of Computing, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the participants from both sides introduced themselves respectively, and then Luca Mottola and Zhang Weinan introduced the details of the relevant teaching and scientific research of their colleges and departments respectively. After that, the two sides raised questions, exchanged views and discussed about the details in the previously drafted training plan, agreement and other documents for joint education.

The seminar deepened the understanding between the two sides. After the meeting, the two sides will conduct more in-depth discussions on the issues raised at the meeting and form preliminary cooperation intentions as soon as possible.
