In this research center, there are 6 teachers, including 2 doctoral supervisor, 2 professor, 3 associate professors and 1 lecture. The research center is oriented to the major national strategic needs of software security, future intelligent warfare and intelligent equipment. The research fields mainly include software bug detection and security vulnerability discovery, software warehouse mining, automatic bug triage techniques, automated software fault localization and repair, code search and clone detection, code completion and recommendation, program analysis and comprehension, big data analysis and decision making in software engineering, Internet of things system technology, UAV trajectory planning, image processing and pattern recognition, virtual reality technology , embedded operating system and middleware, development of basic software platform for intelligent equipment, etc. More than 40 research projects have been completed, such as National Hi-tech 863 projects, Major projects of national defense foundation strengthening plan, Major projects of national defense science and technology innovation, Project 921, the 13th Five-Year National Science and Technology Major Project of China, projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and projects from industries. The staff of this center have been awarded 1 National Prize for Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 First Prize and 1 Second Prize for Progress in Science for National Defence, 3 Prizes for Science and Heilongjiang Province Technology Progress Award, more than 10 software copyrights, 7 items of national invention patent, and they have published more than 10 textbooks. More than 200 papers written by them have been published in the national and international journals or proceedings. More than 100 of these papers have been indexed by SCI/EI.
