In order to better serve the national innovation-driven development strategy and actively respond to the major trend of reshaping the global innovation landscape, the Ministry of Education, in conjunction with relevant national education administrative departments, universities, enterprises and research institutions, has established international industry-university-research-use cooperation conferences since 2018. In 2025, Heilongjiang Province lead Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia for the first time to host the 2025 International Industry-University-Research-Use Cooperation Conference, with the theme of "Linking the World, Empowering Innovation, Driving Northeast Revitalization and Eurasian Cooperation through Science and Technology", focusing on building a platform for cooperation and connection between Chinese and foreign universities, research institutes and enterprises, continues to promote the deep integration of the global education chain, talent chain, innovation chain and industrial chain, and inject the engine of science and technology into the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era.
By sharing the experiences of the participating experts in industry-university-research-use cooperation, this artificial intelligence session has explored diversified new methods applicable to the development of industry-university-research cooperation in the discipline of artificial intelligence at Harbin Institute of Technology, and has taken this opportunity to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with Russian research institutions as well as domestic universities and enterprises. In the subsequent cooperation, the Faculty of Computing will continue to consolidate and strengthen cooperation with all parties, Through industry-university-research cooperation for talent cultivation, we will jointly support the industry-university-research integration and development of the artificial intelligence discipline at HIT.
